Your app, your voice, our support
We're here to help
my mhealth is here to help you manage your condition day to day, alongside the care you already get from your GP and healthcare team.
Digital tools work best when there's someone to talk to, so our team is here if you need help, have a question, or want to tell us how things are going.
Your app, shaped to you
We want my mhealth to work for the people who use it. That means listening to you.
ο»ΏYour experiences and feedback help us decide what to improve and what to build next, so if something works well for you, or doesn't, we'd like to hear about it.

How we can help
Everyone uses my mhealth differently, and there's no right or wrong way to do it. We'll help you find what works for you.
You can come to us for help with:
- Getting set up
- Finding your way around the app
- Understanding the tools that can help you manage your condition
- Technical problems
- Finding information and resources
- Building my mhealth into your routine
- Sharing feedback or ideas
Our Digital Health Advisers

Our Digital Health Advisers are part of the my mhealth team. They aren't clinicians, so they can't give medical advice. If you have questions about your symptoms, treatment or medication, please speak to your GP or healthcare team.
What they can do is talk things through with you, help you use my mhealth with confidence, and make sure your views reach the people who design the app.

Why you might hear from us
Our Digital Health Advisers enjoy talking to the people who use my mhealth, so from time to time one of them may get in touch by phone, email or message.
They might be:
- Checking in to see how you're getting on
- Helping you get started
- Answering questions about the app
- Sorting out a technical problem
- Helping you find information or resources
- Asking for your thoughts on what's working and what could be better
It's a chance for you to ask anything, tell us what you think, and make sure my mhealth is working for you. If you'd rather not be contacted, just let us know.

Our Research Team

Research shaped by the people who use my mhealth
Our research team run the studies that help us understand how my mhealth supports people, and how we can make it better. They look after the Research Community, work with our patient and public involvement group, and manage the clinical studies we run with our research partners.
You might have spoken to or heard from one of the team if you've joined the Research Community or have already taken part in a study, or perhaps you have read about our work, or shared your views through our patient and public involvement group. Whatever brought you here, thank you. Research only works because people choose to be part of it.

Why we do research
Research helps us learn what makes a difference to people managing their condition and where my mhealth can do better. It also gives your NHS the evidence it needs to offer digital tools like ours to more people, and helps the development of new medicines in clinical trials.
We've run more than 15 studies, looking at things like how well people's symptoms are controlled, their quality of life, and how often they need hospital or GP care.
NICE has approved myCOPD, myAsthma and myHeart for use in your NHS while more evidence is gathered, and our research team are helping to build that evidence.
Knowing it's us
If anyone from my mhealth calls you, they will always tell you who they are and that they're calling from my mhealth. They will never ask for your password.
If you're unsure whether a call or message is genuine, you can contact us directly at 01202 299583 or by email to support@mymhealth.com.
Our Caller displays will always say we are calling from my mhealth and we have listed some of the mobile numbers we use below too.
